Well as alot of you know Ronnie came to an end with a deer/tree. After searching non stop for new car and viewing alot of Rotten shells or bad repairs/not what they stated. I looked at all sorts of colours but in the end i just wanted a good shell and the colour didn't matter....
I Found this little beast in Chertsey which is about 1hour 30mins drive for me
"Monty"
Spec:
White
1995 LS 1.4 SPI (Same as Ronnie)
Just passed Mot 3 days ago
Tax till Spet 09
98,154miles
2 Prev Lady Owners
FSH - Just had major service
Sellers Pictures:
Bad Bits:
Noisey Rear wheel bearing
Got crease on passanger Door at the bottom can see it in pictures
Small Crease on bonnet
Got Him home at about 5pm and i got straight to work.
Overall i'm pleased the car is in great condition and has no rust around rear wiper or b-piller cracks
Here's a few of where i'm at:
Firstly RIP Ronnie
Few of General condition:
And the Work begins:
Before:
After:
Plans:
complete for PV
To do:
Everything....
Let me know what you all think, will update with more progress tomorrow
Cheers Dale

edit - i don't like white as much as the purple for a sleeper, i like a nice white corsa haha

Day started with Buying a Gazebo as it was raining:
Swapped over fuel Lines:
Standard Throttle Cable next to XE one ( Not sure which one, Could anyone shine a light on this? )
Engine Going in
On Ronnie i had 2x blue silicone hoses, which looked shit only having 2 so i found some black hose which fitted in with the rest of the engine better:
