most places never reply to emails unless they are a total internet based company

its always best to ring places

but then most people are scared to talk on a phone!!

yeah, i find it always get u further by picking up the phone. At least u know the score then, not waiting for a reply which takes days and could be a negative one.

I deal with this company at work, hes a really nice bloke on the phone, always helpful IMO.
