As title, my car splutters after a bit of driving, then cuts out and wont start again for ages, any ideas?

i had a 1.0 12volt and it used to cut out whenever i went round a right hand corner once the engine was warm :S

but anyway . .

have you tried intake coolant temp switch? my sport did exactly the same once it got warm, sensor was about 7 quid from vaux for mine. get paperclip test on car mate, see what faults it throws up

my old 1.4 used to splutter on idle when it got hot, my manifold was full of gunk and stuff and just needed a good clean, also look at the idle control valve but i think they are around £100.
