my adjustable fuel pressure regulator. just woundering if i have set it right i have tryed to set it with the engine running and took the vacum pipe off and set it from just over 1 bar to 3.5 bar. then put the vacum pipe back on then started the engine again and it sat around 2.1 is this right or sould it be set at 3.5 at all times.

Id imagine it should be at 3.5 bar under load
