In search of pirates with Ross Kemp Anybody else going to watch it?
I really like his programes, the guy has serious guts if you ask me. It's a 3 part series, looks promising from the adverts.

How long before the tabloid media label him a phoney and everyone believes them? It's just a matter of time, same as always.

Ho ho ho....
He did a PA quite a while back and decided he wanted a swift pint in one of my local pubs at the time.
He strutted up all cock sure and barged his way to the bar, upsetting a few of the local headcases at the same time.
Then pulled the 'don't you know who I am?' trick
Suffice to say it kicked off and young 'gwant' ended up hiding behind his bodyguard
I seem to recall that carried off into the car park when the locals were arrested.....Ross then went off to do his PA and got his bodyguard to proposition the local talent on his behalf
He has obviously manned up somewhat since that turn of events

He is chasing RPG yielding pirates in Somalia one day and then interviewing the same people that would take a British celebrity and camera crew at the drop of a heart beat for ransom the next.
I'm going to excuse him a momentary lapse in the facade because like fuck would I be doing it

Im not a fan of the 'Gangs' series he did, but the pirates is really interesting.
I believe he's going to be meeting them tonight? I think most of the residents are trying to leave as its a really nasty warzone over there.
Theres currently a British Frigate (HMS northumbria) patrolling the waters of somalia of which they have a profound respect for the pirates. They wont go charging in, they wont board their vessles without permission (legality).
I can also see the pirates point of view that the huge ocean liners go past their doors (litterally on a small estury, not a gigantic ocean), carrying millions of pounds worth of cargo, polluting their homes and they get nothing in return.
To date no pirates have killed anyone which I thought was interesting.
