Had this on my 1.6 sport for about a year or so, good condition (when i've had a chance to clean it up - in the pics its dirty at the mo) - direct fit

just checked;

from cat to back box its 1.5", then the small pipe visible in second pic is 1.75". The tip is about 5.5" in length
