and its saves as a Wswmm file, youtube dn't recognise this format, how would i go about changing this? i look at mp4 downloads but again, its something im totally lost with?!

thats the project file, you need to press file then publish movie, it'll ask you where you want to save it to and it should save it as a WMV, then upload the WMV file to youtube
