hi guys the problem i have is i ordered some parts from essex racing on the 9th of may 09 and they still havnt arrived that makes it 5weeks tomorow. I just want to know if anyone has had similar problems with them and what my rights are thanks

i have rang them several times but they keep stringing me a load of lies such as its the couriers fault, payment hasnt been recieved and today they told me it isnt in stock but its on its way from spain lol however last week they told me it had been dispatched. I just dont know what to do and there realy pissin me off now

ive already threatend them with trading standards the girl on phone just laughed and put it down. Apparently i cant get a refund due to it being a special order. I cant think of anything i can do to sort this because they just arnt interested and arnt helpful

Actually get trading standards involved. Although its a special order and no refund they still have a service to provide and unless they provide it you can get your money back.

They were based in Canvey Island which is about 25mins drive from me. Only really sold gash twat though.. Not heard about them going bust though tbh..

whats gash twat lol. Im thinking if they had gone bust surely they cant still be working people still answer the phones and the website is still active. Im fucked off though its been more than 5 weeks now i will never be buying from them again they are all wankers haha
