in the wish bones (track control arm inner bushes ) are they hard to fit what do i need to do this and will they need to be pressed ? please help

you can drill them or burn them out. far easier in a press.

I found cutting the rubber holding in flange off with a hacksaw and hitting it through with a hammer worked fine, much easier than burning it out
