Couldn't do jack shit yesterday, was sat on my mates back yard who has a bit of a garden and it was horrible. By the time I got home I could hardly see, breathe or speak. Sleeping is the worse.

Not been so bad today, pretty much sat inside all day with the windows closed.

Get yourself a fan for sleeping at night (timer switch?) and make sure you keep your windows closed.

Also taking 2x Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets a day (from the Doctors). Doesn't seem to be doing jack shit.

I've got it, doesn't seem to have been quite as bad over the last year or so, although that may be down to what I'm using.

I use Beconaze nasal spray. Seems to do the job although it seems to take a day to get into your system then if you forget it one day, you'll be fine but the next day even if you take it you'll still get bothered by it. It recommends you use it on a morning and evening but I find just using it in the morning's fine.

I managed the whole of PVS this year without a sneeze or a sniff and that was camping in a field on both the Friday and the Saturday.

It's the best stuff I've ever used and I'll definitely be sticking with it

I can't use a fan because i'm a really light sleeper, would keep me awake, and i'm not gonna stay inside all day because of sneezing and itchy eyes, just gotta get through it really. I'm a postie as well, so i'm walking outside for at least 4 hours a day, guess i don't get it as bad as some of the people on here though thankfully!
