do any of them do you deals if your changing over relitively large amounts of money? like do they give you a slightly better rate?
also is there anyway of predicting when/if they will increase?

Some places will give slighter better rates for larger amounts, but they are few and far between these days.

Post office are good.
But in general, anyone thats 'Commission Free' will make their money by offering a slightly lower rate. Its the same so long as your buying from the big names.
I think M&S offer great rates from memory.

hifx are the same as all the others. 1.59
