Ive seen a better stretch when i worked at a tyre place

i fitted a 105/70/14 to a 3 spoke corsa sport wheel., that was stretch. Will see if ive stil got a pic of it.

low offset and wide wheels would scrub all day long with the correct tyres on, they need to stretch for arch clearance

Because it gives you scene points and hence the status of being "cool"

Its done to get the tyre under the arch, so wider wheels can be fitted.
