After a fair bit of reading about on the forum i heared a few times that its the various sensors over the engine that do restrict it alot. I am interested in how to adjust these sensors so they arent so restrictive. can someone please tell me how and what sort of changes i will be seeing. thanks

theres no sensors that restrict it? the inlet pelenum is very restrictive and a couple of other breather bits

The sensors are just sensors, they are the only way the ECU can tell what is going on, what the ECU does with that information would be the only restriction.. And as Gez says the inlet on the X16XE and X14XE is a joke!

Must be thinking of the egr etc?
The sensors do dick up on them but like said you'll have to look at the inlet really
