It was only until today i found out i had an alarm haha. anyway thought i would test it as i had never seen the red light inside the hazards button flash. so what i did was..
had my drivers door window down and locked the drivers door + all other doors as i have central locking. pulled the pin up on the drivers door and opened it. nothing i was like o :S. so i popped the bonnet opened that and wehey alarm went off. i thought at first because the barrel in the drivers door had to be replaced due to someone trying to break in. not when i had it. so the ignition barrel and the drivers door is a different key but this still shouldnt stop the alarm going off as its the door thats opened so bit confused there any help?. anyway put the key in the ignition alarm stopped. another thing is that i drove home as i was at my mates and when i got to mine i pulled up and all the doors locked when i turned the key to first position. i pulled the pin up on my drivers door and then the alarm went off. really confused if anyone could shed any light on this situation please do thanks
