It's meant to last longer.
Not worth buying cheap headgaskets mate, get a GM one.

MLS (Multi-layer-steel) should be purchased by default really; composite gaskets are just the cheap option.

the goetze gaskets imo are alot better than the zlet shite people put on. if getting a steel head gasket then cometic everytime. otherwise a goetze gasket is fine. even on high hp xe's and good for about 300bhp on LETs
