toffee wheel is what bodyshops use, so thats your best bet.
otherwise use some tar remover or a bit of white spirit

I used a bottle of Tetrpsyl thinners for 2k paint, rubbed lightly with a cloth and pulled the glue off beats bug n tar remover which i have used before
