From my experiance, longer to start, rough running, low mpg.

If you think its a problem replace it, under a tenner.

thanks, wont be that then. got a missfire under load but changed sparks, leads and coil pack all ready.

yes mate it will make it missfire aswell mine done it, took ages to start , run like shite, overfueling

andy- nope no eml. Me and my brother r scratching are heads, we know these engines quite wel now but we havent got a clue with this one lol

When mine went it would cut out once warm and wouldnt start until it was cool again. As it was causing it to over fuel.

ive got a hesitation underload, you can feel it holding back the revs at around 3k, im putting it down to the throttle posistion sensor

it was running fine though before the hg went on it wasnt it though. seems a bit random something just dieing

nope, not yet. that was the next step. but surly if the headgasket had gone again then it would misfire all the time?

my 1.2 didnt used to miss when drving normally only when i gave it beans. did yu get the head skimmed and that or did you just slap a new gasket on?
