Probberly no different to a corsa b. If the person doing the conversion knows what they are doing it will be a doddle for them.

Aww right ok. Is a F23 or F28 gearbox better and which is easier to fit?

F28 is better, It has 6 gears & can take more torque.

Na, the fitting is easy, the wiring is where the problems start.

Done this conversion myself a few times inc my own works Combo Van.
Engine can be fitted using all standard Vauxhall mounts and Standard Vauxhall shafts. Corsa 1.7TD and Z20LET.
Front Box mount will need moving and rewelding back on.
I would use the F23 box just to make gear linkage easy as all standard vauxhall linkages can be used.
Only thing which was abit of work was making a pedal box for the throttle cable as the C's are fly-by-wire.
As for wiring aslong as whoever is fitting the engine knows the right wires on the C20LET then you are fine, as the C20LET only needs around 6 wires to make it run.
Nightmare is all down to how good your mechanical skills are really.
I have done millions of Corsa B's Nova's etc so found the Corsa C not that hard.
Got a customer with a Corsa D who is booked in next month which looks alittle more work.

Aww ok, well the guy that's fitting it for me said it shouldn't be too hard, but he asked me to get a step by step guide but can't find one anywhere.

IMHO, get someone who is familiar with the conversion to do it otherwise it will turn into a propper ball ache for your guy.

There isent a step by step anywhere as there isent many been done to be fair. An each one i have seen have all done it a differant way. My Van seams to be the only one which has used all standard Vauxhall mounts from what i have seen.
The problem is there isent like i said "the right way to do it". Its what everyworks for you, i just spent alot of time reseaching vauxhall mounts shafts and loads of trips to the scrap yard to measure stuff it.
