right,

if im driving a car whilst drinking a alcoholic beveridge and get caught and im not over the limit, but theres other alcohol in the car can i still be prosercuted or do i have to be over the limit

I imagine they would do you for it or atleast take it away as they dont know if you would continue to drink the remaining stuff while driving.

but tbh why bother? why not just wait till your at your destination and drink it then.

i too think why bother, its like why bother having a pint then driving, whats the point for 1 pint, it wont get you pissed and pop tastes nicer

im on about just getting caught, say if im driving too a part and im leaving my car over night somewhere if i was too drink in the car can i still be prosercuted even when not been over the limit, and i can see where your coming from

I've done this plenty of times. Sometimes when I finish work on a Friday, if I stop at a supermarket for a crate of beer then I usually have a beer on my way home. I keep it out of sight of the police though as the badgers will try and get me done for driving without due care and attention.
