my corsa sport has had a 2.0l conversion but whoever done it has the ecu unit cable tied above the pedals.is that right ? or should it fit in the panel in the footwell ?

the ecu goes behind the drivers footwell. Fitting it where it is now could be dangerous if it drops down

doesnt seem to want to fit behind that panel in the footwell
