Lived in London since September 2007 so 2 years down here is up this September. I have enjoyed my experience living in the nations capital but now I feel it is time to go back closer to home.
Handed my notice in on the flat last week so on the hunt for a job back in Liverpool/Manchester. Have started looking at property to rent in Liverpool or on the outskirts with a view to purchasing a house in 12 months time after I have got a deposit together.
Can't wait to move but I know move day will be a pain in the backside.
Northern living FTW IMHO.

I know of place to rent in Manchester, the owner is a secret Everton fan, regularly posts on these forums too! It's an apartment, He wants about a grand a month for it, but I'd try and get it for £850 a month because of the girly styling and furniture.

I require a car parking space...Cosmopolitan can't provide that.
£1000 a month and no car parking space is steep as most city centres are over saturated with apartments at the moment.

I could always do you a deal on the apartment and secure 24hr parking next door for £950

Will need the biggest van I can rent on a normal licence - probably a LWB mercedes sprinter or something. Or if that isn't big enough a family member will more entitlement can drive a bigger van.
It's only a 1 bedroom flat so need to take the normal couch, TV, bed etc stuff. I'm binning the wardrobes so thats a massive item not coming with me.
Will do it in 1 trip definately as I can not be bothered making another near on 550 mile roundtrip...

View from balcony (thats trinity bridge, and the lowry hotel where England and all the away footy teams stay as well as most the stars playing at the MEN)
Main bedroom (has en-suite and built in wardrobes)
Main room looking from kitchen towards balcony (excuse the mess, was trying things in different places to fit the tank in!)
Looking the other way
No pics of the main bathroom or second bedroom on here for some reason.

Does it come with the fish tank?
I will be bringing my tank back with me and fish nicely bagged up in a cooler box thing.
Seriously though the flat is a little small as I'm looking to get something bigger than what I currently have now.
Still not 100% made my mind up with moving into a house or flat yet.

It can do
TBH, having looked round a shit load of apartments when buying this one you'll struggle to find a bigger one that isnt ridiculously priced or in a shit location - thats Manchester anyway, you may have more luck in Liverpool.
It actually looks bigger than in those pics, but its not massive thats fosho, something like 800sq ft IIRC.

I don't mind paying a premium if it's big big big. Yours looks top notch though.
