looks like they are no go for today, may try tomorrow or even wednesday. i've actually seen a shuttle launch when i was a kid. was awesome.

last time i was in florida there was one 2 days after we left gutted tbh, would love to see one in person.

the closet i have seen was a satalite being launched but we were in a park so only saw it when it was really high up lol.

when we got there it was stupid o'clock at night as it was still dark. the shuttle launched early morning about a half hour after the sun had fully risen. i saw the most amazing thing ever that day - not the launch..... a fat as fuck woman eat a whole box of 24 dunkin donuts at 5 in the morning! americans are shocking.

Can't believe how little there has been on TV about the 40th anniversary today tbh, a 10 min slot on ITV now, that's all i've seen. Fair play to the beeb for the few weeks of build-up shows on BBC2 and 4, there were a few good shows
