i doubt any flood system would stop that, the water has risen atleast 15ft

Theres no way the water has risen 15 feet. About 5 or 6 feet at best, looking at the lamposts and bins.

Doesnt look that bad considering you can still see the railings that are by the side of the river. Its certainly not high enough to be totally above someones car so it cant be seen thats fosho.
