The old corsa has failed on emissions. Cat has been done recently and no signs of lambda sensor going, any other ideas ? thanks

Stick some redex in the tank before the test and rag the car before the test.

Give the car a good service.

wynns pre-mot stuff in the puple bottle work a treat for me, and make sure every exhast joint is properly sealed and not drawing in any air...

What part of the emissions did it fail on? co at fast idle/co at idle/lambda/hc?

have you got cat back system on or anything like that? mine failed mot las week on emissions. i put standard silencer and backbox on and also got rid of any air leaks in exhaust and replaced induction kit with standard air box and it went through fine even though when it failed the carbon monoxide readings were double the limit

Failed on CO emissions, fast idle test, found a wee fuel leak as well but thats now fixed
