Is it a good idea to remove this? my car runs fairly hot most the time, is it a good idea to romove it and get abit more air pushed through? or is it there for a reason?

Mine has this on it, but other people's don't. Mine also used to run hot before I got the debadged grille on, now it runs about 6C cooler. It was sat on 98C most of the time, but unless I sit still for ages it's always at 92C.

I would take it off mate, it will help the temps a lot

The only thing I've been able to think of is that it's there so that you can't see through.
