I need a video camera that is both good quality and quite touch, able to withstqand a knock or two.

It needs to be of fairly good quality as well (but not HD style - it's going into a composite socket!)

I also need a mount for this camera, a flexable, tabletop "gooseneck" mount?

Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated!
