you won't get affordable insurance on a 1.6 unless you go in your mum or dads name, which is fraud.

My 1st car was a 1.6. Just paid a hell of alot for insurance.

neither are particularly fast, unless your driving it like a bellend round corners and stuff,

but as said a 1.6 is group 10 insurance so wont be cheap, so id go for a 10, 1.2 or 1.4 to be honest

1.6 corsa sport

I was insured £1400 for 3rd party

But that was with my mum on it aswell

£1100 for same.. but for a 1.4 sport

No, but whats the point in paying heaps more for insurance if you'd be just as happy with a 1.0 or 1.2?
