I bought some bulbs on eBay and the seller posted them in an evelope they got to me smashed to oblivion.. What a tit!

I know there are chances of it arriving, but to be honest the evelope is going to end up in a massive bag full of other letters and parcels and then proceed to be thrown around and knocked about in the back of a van. Chances are the bubble wrap isnt going to protect it.
