Im sitting in the lounge with just a sofa & TV (laptop obv) and its so empty and echo'y & depressing.
All the other rooms are the same.

Rent or own mate?
I've not lived in my place for a year or so and i've spunked sooo much money on council tax that I could have evaded by declaring it 'not lived in'
Party on though dude.

Own it.
Ive sold it and the buyer is a cash buyer paying the asking price so im happy to jump when they say boo.
A last house party might be inevitable

I would have liked to but needed £30k to stick down on the new one. i.e. every penny I can scrape together!!
The most attractive bit to me is that I now owe £120k on a house that was selling for 190k just 12 months ago. If prices go back to where they were in the next 3 years or so i'll be happy indeed.
