My alarm is playing up big time since ive got my car back from the bodyshop.
If you switch off the ignition it locks the car via the central locking.
If you turn the ignition on sometimes the alarm will go off and I cant turn it off without disconecting the batery...
The central locking has stoped working from the outside like using the key but obv still works as it works when you turn off the ignition!
Now they had to take my door handles out to spray so could they have messed something up?
Is there a way to just stop the alarm working alltogether?
I dont know what to do because I cant really work on it until I fix this.

Take it back and get them told to fix it?

Still cant suss it out
Open the car turn ignition on then turn it off it locks the whole car
Turn it back on again then off it unlocks it
wtf
Checked fuses etc they all work

nobody got any idea's? still stuck with this.
so far i have stripped both doors down and rebuilt them back up so we know everythink is done propperly and its still doing it

Still got no where
Removed the alarm so that doesnt go off anymore and also taken out the central locking fuse so now I have manual locks.

mine did this once but cured itself dunno how. i had to disconnect the battery to turn it off too. but think for mine that reset its settings or summet :S good luck wit it tho
