Ok, no matter what browser I try this on I get the same issue, I've uninstalled opera/firefox and reinstalled and it's still happening. Every time I use google the first 4 or 5 results of what ever I have searched for get directed to some gay search engines, about 4 different ones in total, it's starting to piss me off now. Any ideas?

That's malware for sure.
I could go on saying try this and that etc but it's easier if you follow these steps. Once you've done that post the logs etc so Howard can check you're all sorted. He's a proper sound chap and knows what he's doing

if its malware try malwarebytes antimalware bloody good program that is just before you reformat.

Malwarebytes is good, but if there is a process running which is causing this then it has to start at some point. HijackThis shows startup entires as well as all sorts of other gubbins. I did start learning it but then realised there was more to life than malware removal
