Aye its a shame that every chav has one (claiming they are pitbulls) when they are actually really good dogs.

Still, im getting a Bull Mastiff when I move into my new place.

Lovely dogs, the only other dog I'd have apart from a Boxer. My mums friend has one, took Harry round there the other night and all the staffy tried to do was shag him

The only people that I know that have staffies are pikeys or people playing (or at least trying to play) the hardman.

there used to be some proper pikey fuckwits lived near me, you know the type, white tracky bottoms, timberland boots, tops off when the sun comes out and swigging cans of fosters....anyway they used to walk round thinkin they were hard as nails, one of them got a staffy and it had a big leather studdded collar etc. obviously thought it was hard as fuck. i was walking my dog( a terrier cross) towards them, they wouldnt move and my dog launched at the staffy, it shit itself and started whimpering, the chavs looked embarrased, then he started calling its name out, "SUSIE, SUSIE, come here susie"

fucking pikey cunts.

shame as my uncles always had staffys and they are lovely dogs, but unfortunately they are a chav accessory nowadays, manchester dogs home was full of them when i got my dog from there.

I've always liked them, But its the same around here, its the chav image they bring with them.

Also i think its how they are treated that makes some of them violent. A mate has one and its the softest dog i have ever seen, Loves been around the kids aswell.

They are very very good with people, especially kids. The one I posted the pic of can be a bit funny with people when they come to the house but she is just protecting the house and us. Once she knows we are ok with them she backs off.

The nasty ones are the ones that have been abused and/or brought up to attack by irresponsible owners
