Need a 5mm one. Also, should I get Dot 4 or 5.1 brake fluid? I've been told both is fine to use but not sure what to go for...

5.1 is better supposedly. Has a higher boiling temp so would be more efficient for longer.

i use the dot 5.1 but only because i get it for free

super blue is about the best i belive not sure what Dot rating it comes under but the boiling temp is very high. I found normall fluid was useless after a few hard stops.

they will do a fuel hose thats braided, that will do fine,
unless its the main vac servo hose.

if that is the case. then in the campin/caravan section there is a orange gas reg and hose. that hose is mega thick and a tight fit on the standard connections.

ive used it for vac hose and its spot on

All I need it for is to put over the clutch slave cylinder bleed nipple to check the fluid coming out. I'll use it once then bin it

then windscreen washer hose is fine,
about £4

or a bleed kit is a few quid more
