It seems to me great comedy is mainly dominated by quiz shows such as 8 out of 10 cats, and mock the week. Its been a while since we had a brilliant sketch show on the tv, I cant remember ay that really stood out for me since Big Train. Its a shame a lot of these actors have kind of faded away. Cant beat the fast show though for me.

There are no good comedies on at the moment really, not even sitcoms. Sketch wise, there's nothing either

Watch and GOLD quite frequently have the Fast Show, Blackadder, Not the nine o'clock news on, More4 has Father Ted, nowhere seems to have Big Train, but I got them on DVD

Sure I saw Drop the Dead donkey somewhere as well.

Definitely. He's the chap who played the headmaster in The Inbetweeners.
