anyone know how much work it would be?
how do you mount it, what shafts ect?
done quite a few engine conversions n swaps, n work on cars also so that bit woudnt bother me, also got a welder ect if any needed, was basically wondering about whats needed

id have thought with the corsa c 1.4 or 1.8 mounts and fitting it with a corsa c gearbox would get it in there at least

they use totally diff mounts.. basically my mate wants to do it to his becuse it will be diffrent and theres lots of easy cheap ways to tune and get a little more power out of the c16xe.. like a cheap box inlet cheap manifold cams and mapped ect ect

id have thought it would be easy to mount the c16 on the 1400 or 1800 mounts as im sure the 1800 sri engine can be mounted on corsa sport mounts

i think the x16xe uses the same mounts as the z18xe?

Would have thought it will be cheaper jsut to sell the car nad buy a 1.8 SRI, can be had fairly cheap for an early one.

the reason why im askin this is i have a spare c16.. its not my car its a mates its tastfully modded to what he likes, coilovers cav slabs ectt. i just said as a joke put my spare c16 in.. and now hes well up for it becuse it will be diffrent ect.. which is true
i uderstand about it bein easier to buy a 1.8 sri or a 1.8 sri engine.... like i said im not asking that lol

You'll have a mare with the ABS/EPAS/Speedo/BCM etc.
