my cars going into the coachworks on wednesday and im needing advice on the engine bay-its a 95 1.2 8 valve. Im getting a light green respray so ive went for a green induction kit "anyone no what the noise is like on these?" and silver strut brace, does anyone no where i could get anything else to tart it up like green distributor leads or anything similar? help much appreciated!!

i'm only 18 theres no chance i could get a 2.0 its my first car and got done for dr10 last year b4 i even had a license! not much hope 4 an engine conversion

how can u get 10 points before u had your licence? thought u get banned for 2 years?

dr10 means drink driving not 10 points!! a had a provisional,got done for drink driving banned for 1 year fined £350 but didnt get any points on ma license-got off lightly! anybody able to help me on the engine bay yet?

fair enough mate, with the paint that the car is getting sprayed in your could spray the waterbottle, oil cap etc.. various other bits. ripspeed sell hose dye now so u can change the colourm of the black hoses. if u have a bit more money samco and similar companies make coloured silicon hosing.
clean up the rusty bits by painting them with silver hammerite, i did the fan, battery tray inlet manifold etc.. with hammerite 2 1/2 years ago and it hasnt come off atall.

u could get the bonnet catch chromed and injectors if u have em etc.. that lokos smart. when my bodywork is finnished im gonna sort out the engine bay properly :

im gonna do all the above when i get some more money, will look really smart, give it a polish aswell, use metal polish on the head that brings it up nicely too.
