I have always found the postoffice to be best, or withdraw cash abroad.
Just make sure you dont have to change any back as thats where they make their money

i got mine from thomas cook. the post office do good rates too.

thomas cook rip you right off when you change back to sterling though.

40 euros got me 31 quid back. not happy.

Co-op travel next to the stonebow mate, i do all my euros there as they have the best exchange rate.
