As title really, what do you enjoy doing in your job?
What kind of incentives do you have to make you enjoy your work?

I work with race horses. I enjoy working with the horses, especially exercising them because when your're on a horse, 30mph feels like 300mph I don't enjoy doing everything the old bat I work for tells me to though.

Ive got 2 jobs, chip shop and cob shop.
Chip shop is good, get on with the bosses really well, they are like mates. Always have a good laugh
Cob shop not so much, only been there a few weeks. Im the only guy there, working with loada middle aged women.
Think in 2months or so once my scar from surgery is fully healed, Im going to see if I can get a labouring job with a builder. Always enjoyed labouring, again a good laugh.

Kitchen designer, and when needed my carpentry skills for fitting them.
No incentives except I get to drive around in a ford piece of shit escort van, non turbo diesel! So free diesel, it just takes 2 days to get every job.

I was updatig my CV the other day so here we go..
Job Title, as in the thing on my business cards - '4D Specialist'
I quite like my job most of the time. Decent money, lots of time off, on the whole work with good guys.
Bad points - Away from home a lot, always working with a new group of folk every job (every 2 months say). They all work together, and in I come telling them what to do and where to go

hate the fact that i only get 1 weekend a month off. also very hard and stressful business to be in. and i normally work about 12 hours a day

Assistant Engineer Basically design building services layouts in new buildings and refurbishments, now and then when there's not much to do it's a case of odd jobs for people, but on the whole I like it
Domestic services and heating arrangement designing I like doing
Dislike 1:20 sections and doing plant room drawings with to-scale pipes and valves Mainly because they take ages and are a bit tedious
Numberwang!

I wont give you the plant room changes we need to make just yet then!
I'm an 'architectural assistant' which basically means im on my year out working on my path to 'architect'. Starting year 5 of 7 back at uni in september. I don't really feel like going back to uni at the moment, it's interesting and fun designing buildings and very satisfying seeing something from sketch to built reality

Another Architectural Technician here.
Also a trainee Building Surveyor too though, we do a bit of both so I know my way round repairs of properties and get to design new places too - best of both worlds I think
Some days I enjoy it a lot, other days you get moaning tenants who can't be pleased whatever you do for them

Consultant and love it. Flexible hours is what gets me Go into work on a monday and if all is done/i can finish at home i'm out the door by 12. Visiting customer sites is even better, as we have such a good rep i'll get there at 9, handed a coffee, chat with the IT admins/Management for an hour or 2 then home Who wouldn't love that ??

Water treatment, legionella controll and risk assessments for water systems. It gets a bit technical and frustrating at times but you get a free van whilst your corsa gets a LET conversion which is handy, especially when you need to travel 100 miles to pick up an engine keeps the beers on the table so i'm happy.
