Well time has come to reshell Fran's GSI, ( thread here http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=351996&page=3 )

The shell will need some work so we thought it would be easier to reshell and get it mint.

Bought this off Mr Firestate88 last wednesday, a nice road trip down to Northampton, boring driving at less than 60mph.





Back at my lockup



Let the stripping begin...































Next is to prep all the bodywork and engine bay, arch work, paint underneath a nice shiney black, silver
fuel tank and other silver detailing.

Updated today

Waxoyl'd inside chassis rails and stoneguarded some bits



Filler neck done



All gonna be hammerited up so it's bufty

Engine bay prep underway



Rear beam painted



ARB's half-painted



Tank half done



Bits anyone, all these have to go back on yet

Colour is kind of undecided yet but it isn't Arseden Blue or Grey

Finished painting the underside, just need to start putting it back together

Underside now finished bar the touching up when it comes off the axle stands and also cut and flared the arches, need a little bit more tidying but 90% done and also had a first coat of black...
