jsut got a quote from liverpool victoria and they quoted me
900 fully comp in my own name with alloys lowered exhaust modifications and a body kit.
it if for a 1.2 8 valve m regestration (1994)
am so chuffed this means that i have enough money to actualy buy a body kit now
cis quoted me 1300 third party fire and theft in my own name,

I TURNED 18 IN NOVEMBER 2002 I HAVE NO PINTS
BUT IN NOVEMBER a ven went in to the back of me when i was stationary. that was when i was insured in my dads name
i only passed my test in november as well so no no claim bonus

I'm with CIS too, but I had to go thru my parents name coz they were giving silly quotes in mine.
CIS seem really good with my mods tho.
I didn't try Liverpool Victoria when I was checking round. definitely will next time tho!

Cant remember who it was, but there was some company that quoted me 4 grand for my 12Valver with just alloys at the time!!

I was asked for £4,500 from Budget motor insurance.
I didnt take that.
I am with Tesco for £1500 @ 17 fully comp, no claims, no points or owt. No mods declared, but I have made some mods.
I aint happy with the price as they want another £250 for my mods. Will be trying Liverpool Victoria when my insurance is due in August.

im with liverpool victoria, 950, fully comp, all mods declared, no NCB, 3 points, 3 crashes, 21yrs old, 94 SRi 8v, and they sent me cheque for 45 when my car got broke into last weektoreplace my mini discs!!! oh and to upgrade to 1.4 16v engine, an extra 34 a yr, sweet, CIS quoted me 1500, tesco offered me 1900!!!

Liverpool Victoria are awesome when it comes to insurance. They offered an outstanding quote on my Corsa 1.6 Sport. I pay £1350 a year, im 19 and have no NCB! Tesco wanted around £3000 for the same car! Thats why i lost my NCB, i had to change insurance companies.

Think I will be asking for their number in August! I am insured under my mums name, am 21 and have 11 points. Thing is 6 of them have been on 4 years so will be off by the time renewal comes around. Really wish I wasn't such a tearaway at 17!!!!
