Just phoned up upgrades for my brother there (before 7pm), you are a gold customer sir I'll have to put you through to the gold team.

After waiting for 5 minutes in a new queue I eventually get an answer from network services telling me it's after 7 and the upgrades line shuts at 7.

Absolute complete cunts.
