twice I've bought one and twice I've been ripped off!

one yes, promised to send tuesday, then weds, asked for a contact number and hes not getting back to me, checked items sold and he sold another identical and changed his feedback to privtae, so ive opened a dispute with paypal with that one

told the one seller
I've got his address, and I have the next week off so expect a visit, Im coming to get my item or money + petrol money
I come home to a reply after he ignored me for several days
"i will refund you in paypal"
and sure enough he has!
