Lighten and balanced flat flywheel to 5.5kg
ARP Flywheel bolts
TX Autosport stainless water bar
TX Autosport stainless oil pipe
Coscast Head fully rebuild (cleaned, valves cleaned and reseated, new stem seals and skimmed)
New Steel Headgaskets and head bolts
New Timing belt and Timing belt pullys
New Water Pump
New Oil Pump
New Sump baffle plate
Every Gasket replaces
New 82 deg Cool running thermostat
New GM oil filter
F16cr Gearbox
New National Clutch kit
Chrome rocker cover bolts
SBD Breather mod
Small Breather on rocker cover welded up
Ecotech pipe and adapter pipe
Standard xe manifold
3bar reg and blue injectors
Rocker cover and timing belt come in primer!
L peice is the flat vauxhall type painted gloss black, no filler in the plastic!
Full Black Chris Astley sillicon Hose kit
Modified Gearlinkage to fit corsa
New c20xe Accelarater cable and clutch cable
Inlet manifold of a c20let so has no restrictors in and slightly wider has bein dipped and sprayed matalic grey
Fuel rail has bein dipped and painted gloss black and the cable bracket aswell
modified alternator backet so it adjusts painted black
throttle bodie ported and polished and the blade knife edged to create better air flow
This has cost me over £1700 a hell of a lot of money!
