Has anyone seen the new seller terms?
eBay will now be able to take the funds from your PayPal account for the value of the item and postage if the buyer raises a dispute.. So not only can you not give bad feed back to dick head buyers any more you can also be robbed by crooked buyers who 'pretend' they didnt receive an item.

What if you sell a car or somthing for example, buyer comes a collects. Then files a "non delivery" report. Then the money is "given back" to them from your paypal. Or am i understaning this wrongly?
