basically i've injured my hand
I do Muay Thai Twice a week
and about 3 weeks ago I bent my wrist back while punching
I think I might have pulled or chipped something but I cba with going to hospital.. wouldn't do no long term damage letting it heal naturally would it..

You could of trapped a nerve, which would be bad if you left it. It could heal (if broken) not in the correct position, which would be bad if you left it.
So tbh get yourself to a docs just to be sure.
