Youll need a jack/axle stands, hammer, wd40, socket/spanner to undo clamp...shouldnt take more than 15 mins.

yeah its just a push fitting onto the centre section and will require some twisting to get it fully on. Then it required a circular clamp to be bolted on.

what age is your corsa?
It isnt a 15 minute job if your old box wont budge.
My 98 sport was a right bugger. Took hours to get the old one off. Once it was off it didnt take long to get the new one sorted.

Mine took ages to get off cos the heat had kinda welded it on. Unless Vaux put sum sort of special gule on there. Took me bout an hour to take my zorst off and bout 5 mins fitting it. U might wanna buy some rubbers from ford off a focus cos there stiffer and ur zorst won't swing as much.

Paid £20 and took 20mins. Tried doin it myself but mine weren't coming off. They had to heat it and bend it off. Took two blokes to tug it off.

Did you notice when you were taking your old zorst off that vauxhall welded the clamp on the pea shooter. Fcuking annoying.
Your also gonna need some exhaust paste and most likely stronger rubbers, and burning gear is always handy.
