Use search, and go through the project threads, there are a few 1.6 turbo builds, most have gone horidly wrong, or cost waaay to much.

But sure all the info is a search away mate!

If you do proper setup like low compression pistons and turbo saab map sensor and mapping and source a good turbo t2 - t28 will still cost less than regal for sure and better setup and will not go wrong !

Exhaust manifold with correct turbo flange
Downpipe to suit exhaust system
Turbo itself
Decompression plate / lower comp pistons
Remap
Piggy back ecu (maybe)

List is endless tbh

Alot of money as well, but would be nice to see

I spoke to courtenay today about it and they said t2 turbo and manifold, decompression plate, intercooler and all pipe work and a remap after but he said he cant remember what thickness the plate had to be to use the standard pistons, i can get away with running 7-8psi on the standard pistons as long as its set up right.

If your going to use a sandwhich plate then I wouldnt have the plate too thick. I think a head gasket is 1.4mm so I would have the plate about 1mm or around there. Therefore the head will be 2.4mm higher off the deck that standard.
