Nahh not yet there is a meeting next month about it....
The only good point is that we are renting but will be here for a few years at least

Looks like its fairly industrial over the road from it at the moment? If so it'll no doubt get the planning.

At least you're only renting, as if you owned then you could of seen the value drop!

well it looks like you'll have a fair buffer with the green patch behind yours, but it still sucks. They'll probably be made to keep any buildings a fair distance from the closest residential units, and install a dense tree line to border the site.

we had a football stadium built on the end of my street (last street of houses before fields) and it caused hell

mainly parking and rode closures but also noise, crime, litter etc too
