Bad times
But Surely if you are having black outs a medical expert would have informed the DVLA straight away and your license would be revoked?

the specialist have told the dvla just waitin on reply form them
i was told i should be able to keep my license as the black outs are not every week only very few months at the moment
one my friends has blackouts and he still allowed to drive as his black outs do not happen often either
so should be ok to drive but have to wait for dvla to get back in touch

Have things changed? It used to be any kind of repeating un-explained black out and you'd lose your license until you were clear for 12 months?

let me know how much you get in settlement, I'm interested to know what they claim is another money to live for rest of the life comfortably...
Where do they pluck that number from, i mean - is it enough that you can live a normal life but never do anything that costs money etc, or is it enough that you could move to nurburgring, buy a house and have a porsche gt3 rs outside

i was working for a company and i sliped on a wet floor and hit my head on a concrete step knocking my self out and leavein a dent in the back of my head .
there was no wet floor signs or any kind of warning sings
i was told by a mate of mine that works there they knew about the problem but had never sorted it out turned out to be a leaking pipe and they knew about it for a week or unlucky for me as i was off on 2 week holiday so was never warned about it just turned up to work when the accident happend

But that's a shitter if he's been left paralysed. You could have all the money in the world, but unable to use it on cool stuff / spend a lot on health care / health mobility.

i was told by my solictor that i they have agreed £15.000 a year for 70 years and should recive the whole money in the nxt month or 2
they also paying me for the loss of work as i was off for 6 months then never returned to work due to accident
the money has to last me till i die so have to spend it carefully
they have decide to settle out of court settlement but my solictors wants me to take it threw court but im happy to settle out of court
