See, not that it matters much, but any normal person would explain the fact they have a bit of rust on their car and that they want to know the best way to fix it. When I saw damage I thought you meant a dent or something.
Again, not that it matters, but these little things just show how much of an R-tard you are.

looks like the car has been on its roof for damage like that
its called 'rust' happens to any car that is getting on.
this is what you need to do doyle:
1)Hit with a hammer to remove all rust
2)cut that peice off pannel out
3)use tiger seal to fill the hole, then it will never rust again.

gez bay = win. if a big hammer dont fix it then crack out the tie wraps
on a serious note do the screwdriver test and prod it. if it goes through it needs a plate welding in.
if it dosent go through break off bubbled paint sand rust down to metal use suitable rust protecter/preventer then paint
